Oh Blog, I've neglected you with everything going on in my life... Just re-read Katherine, by Anya Seton, and loved it as much the 2nd time as the first. There's a blog of Anya Seton discussions here where I found that I am not the only one who goes back and re-reads books. (Of course, as I get older, I find that a fading memory is wonderful because we can watch the same movies over or re-read books and get the same enjoyment as we did the first time...) Katherine introduced to me to Julian of Norwich, a 14th century mystic who wrote about 16 'shewings' (as she called them) from God.
I put together some of my favorite sayings of hers in a journal that I made for a friend. I love this one
